| Bio: | One of the newest chamber music ensembles on the scene, Ensemble 360 was formed in 2005 to take up residency in South Yorkshire with Music in the Round. They picked up the esteemed mantle of The Lindsays who retired in July 2005. The Ensemble brings together musicians from across the globe to form one versatile group. The enthusiasm, drive and musicality of each of the performers has proved a success with audiences across the UK with them finding themselves drawn into the performances; both the communicative and engrossing nature of their playing and through the personalities of the musicians themselves. During 2006/7, the Ensemble will be recording their first three CDs with Sanctuary Classics, the first of which is due for release this Autumn. The Ensemble is currently playing with a variety of horn players whilst they continue their search for a permanent player to join them. | |
